I'm in the blue gi. I think I was getting getting cocky because I had been controlling the match and I almost paid the price for it. I like this video because it's as close as I have ever come to losing while still being able to come back to win.

Never give up, not even when your back is 2" off the mat.

Wow, that was a nice turn. It looked like you were going to hit the mat then suddenly put the brakes on and turned him. Well done!
I got a copy of this picture in a sports psychology class in college and thought it was appropriate here.

I love that picture,

it also reminds me of a video I recently saw of a guy who was cycling in a race and had sight of the finish line, he put his hands up as if to celerate, only to then fall off his bike and the guy behind crosses the line first.
